506 Cutting Fluid                        

506 Active Cutting Fluid is a medium colored heavy-duty sulfurized cutting fluid for all types of relatively severe machining operations. This product contains active sulfur for excellent cutting and machining performance. 506 Cutting Fluid is specially formulated for machining of ferrous metals and contains sulfurized fat for better lubricity and improved surface finish.

• Heavy-Duty - Formulated with high levels of active ingredients, this product provides excellent performance in the most severe applications
• Improves Finish - Sulfurized fat gives machined parts an improved surface finish
• Contains: 2.1% active sulfur, 0% chlorine, 5% fat.

508 Cutting Fluid

508 Active Cutting Fluid is a clear, general purpose cutting oil for ferrous metals. Clean and pleasant to use, this outstanding product uses a combination of active sulfur and chlorine for excellent cutting efficiency and improved tool life. 508 Cutting Fluid is specially formulated for machining of ferrous metals and contains sulfurized fat for better lubricity and improved surface finish.

• Heavy-Duty - Formulated with high levels of active ingredients, this product provides excellent performance in the most severe applications
• Clear color – Allows visual inspection of both tool and parts during machining process
• Contains: 2.2% active sulfur, 1.1% chlorine, 0% fat

516 Active Cutting Fluid is a dark, heavy-duty active sulfur cutting fluid for all types of relatively severe machining operations. This product contains chlorine as well as both active and inactive sulfur for excellent cutting and machining performance. 516 Cutting Fluid is specially formulated for machining of ferrous metals and contains sulfurized fat for better lubricity and improved surface finish.

High levels of a special sulfurized fat component provide an excellent machined finish. 520 Cutting Fluid is specially formulated for difficult to machine ferrous metals.

529 Gun Drilling Oil
