Thru Coolant Tool Posts for CNC, Turret and Manual Lathes

An Automatic Thru Coolant Tool Post that activates coolant flow when a tool holder is placed and locked in position.  Release the tool holder and the coolant shuts off.  The Thru coolant system is integrated into the tool post and toolholders.

The tool post body is made from chromium-molybdenum alloy steel, thru hardened, surface treated and xylan coated for protection and durability in machining environments. 

The patented locking gear and gibs are made from chromium-molybdenum alloy steel.  The core thru hardness is 40-44Rc and the surface is Ion-Nitrided to a hardness 60-64Rc to ensure a long working life and rust resistance under harsh working conditions.

The Automatic Thru Coolant Tool Post can be used with the CNC Quick Change Gang Tool.
