220- M Drawing Compound

General purpose: water reducible and low pigment drawing compound

• This product has General Motors approved source status for body and white (paint). Spec. number 9981870
• Can be used on light to medium heavy drawing and forming operations
• Particularly effective on zinc-clad sheet metal parts
• For use on floor pans, fenders, and quarter panels

605 Soluble Oil Blank Wash

Effective water soluble oil for light to medium stampings and roll forming

• This product has General Motors approved source status for body and white (paint). Spec. number 9984152.
• Can be used on steel, aluminum, or galvanized without rusting on staining
• Stable emulsion in hard water (i.e., 250-330 ppm)
• Excellent bacteria protection
• Provides good indoor rust protection
• Coats evenly over mill oiled surfaces
• Dries to an oily, non-tacky film

627 Water Soluble Drawing Compound

Highly concentrated heavy duty water soluble drawing compound.

• Contains extreme pressure additives for anti-galling with excellent adherence and anti-wipe properties
• May be used on steel and galvanized metals
• Provides excellent indoor rust protection
• Can be used on a wide variety of operations

629 Drawing Compound

A high quality flowable emulsion used on heavy forming and deep drawing operations in single and multiple stage applications.

This product is highly concentrated in extreme pressure additives for anti-galling and contains polar additives which give extraordinary adherence and wipe resistance properties. May be used as supplied for deep drawing and severe stamping applications or diluted for medium to heavy applications (floor pans, cross members, torque converters, brackets, ect.)

661 Chlorine Free Drawing Compound

A water soluble, non-chlorinated, synthetic drawing lubricant to be used as supplied for severe stamping applications .

• Can be applied on ferrous or non-ferrous metals, such as galvanized and aluminum, without rusting on staining
• Dries to an oily non-tacky film
• Coats evenly over mill oiled surface
• Excellent deep forming characteristics on aluminum

1510 Powerdraw

Chlorinated, water soluble, heavy duty, stamping and drawing fluid which can be used on all alloys without any detrimental effects to the dies or tools; Powerdraw contains temperature and pressure related lubricants that enable this material to aid in the most challenging stamping and drawing applications.

• Non-tacky residue
• Easily cleaned with either vapor degreasing or mild alkaline cleaner solution
• Safe for carbide dies
• Non-staining
• Stable in all diluted forms (solvent, blending oils, and water)
• Excellent corrosion protection
