The patented Industrial Magnetics Transporter® utilizes a powerful, rare earth permanent magnet to pick and place heavy, non-flexing steel items, such as truck frames, or other rigid parts in automated transfer or manually operated material handling applications.

The Transporter® offers increased material handling safety and a significant reduction over vacuum cups in shop air costs.

Ideal for applications in the Automotive, Appliance and Office Furniture industries, the Transporter® represents a new generation of tooling technology. Available in many standard and custom configurations to best suit the needs of your application.

Industrial Magnet Sheet Lifter   Industrial Magnetics Custom Sheet Lifter

The Magnetic Sheet/Plate Lifter de-stacks steel sheets from pallets, racks and more. The unique design of this permanent magnetic lifting system allows one person to safely and effectively move and load sheets onto cutting tables, shear beds and other fabrication equipment. The Magnetic Sheet/Plate Lifter features a series of adjustable position permanent magnetic lifting heads to lift a wide variety of sheet lengths and widths. These permanent magnets require a simple burst of shop air to release the sheets/plates.

Applications

  • Loading cutting tables, shears, welding cells, etc
  • Moving steel sheets or plates from pallets or racks to a work station
