The Model 202HD is a long steel barrel type fixture mount motor with constant high speed ranges of 30 to 65,000 rpm and 1/8" or 3 mm collet capacities is available with several optional collets for smaller and metric applications.  The 202HD has the advantage of a stainless steel barrel designed for accurate fixture mounted applicationa and many clamping applications for robotic metal finishing, routing plastic,  etc. Constant high speed results in greater accuracy.  For drilling / boring applications, specify the angular contact bearing option.

430HD 1/4" Motor/Fixture Mount spindles features standard double front ceramic bearings, an ER-11 collet, and rigid steel barrel for mounting. The 430HD is ideal for cutting harder materials. Efficient air consumption and durable direct drive governed motor make this unit a high speed workhouse.

430XHD 1/4", 40,000 rpm, 1.4 HP, Motor/Fixture Mount features super power, super rugged steel barrel for rigid mounting plus durable front ceramic bearings standard. Cut faster and cleaner with no gears, no vanes, no brushes, and no oil. Direct drive governed Air Turbine Tools have less moving parts, less friction and therefore more durable for exacting applications.
