3310 EPF                                  

3310 EPF is an all-purpose Neo-Synthetic fluid for machining cast iron, steel and aluminum. It exhibits extremely low drag out and contains no sodium sulfonate and so is environmentally safe, operator friendly, and non-flammable with excellent protection against electronic corrosion typical in iron-copper or iron-aluminum conductivity environments.  EPF is a “State-of-the-Art” neo-synthetic fluid which is designed for use on all metals in a wide variety of applications and features;

• Extremely low drag out
• High quality bio-resistant additives control rancidity by eliminating the growth of bacteria and fungi
• Chemically balanced for excellent hard water tolerance
• Unsurpassed operator acceptance
• High performance additives increase speed and feed rates
• Excellent protection against electronic corrosion typically experienced in iron-copper or iron-aluminum conductivity environments
• Unique extreme pressure ingredients work in synergism to improve film boundary characteristics and heat dissipation

3315 NPF

3315 NPF is intended for all ferrous and some non-ferrous metals and is similar to 3310 EPF and for environmentally safe waste disposal contains no chlorine. Chlorine-Free Neo-Synthetic Cutting Fluid features;

3340 SPF

3340 SPF Neo-Synthetic cutting fluid is an all purpose coolant for machining cast iron, steel and aluminum and is especially suited to trepanning and gun-drilling operations including severe drilling, boring, and cutting applications.

• Contains extreme pressure and polymeric additives which exhibit outstanding machining performance regardless of the severity of the operation
• High quality bio-resistant additives control rancidity by eliminating the growth of bacteria and fungi
• Chemically balanced for excellent hard water tolerance
• Utilizes synthetic sulfurized technology effectively replacing heavily chlorinated soluble oils
• Effectively combines the outstanding qualities of a soluble oil (lubricity, tool life, corrosion protection) with those of a synthetic (excellent bacterial resistance, non-hazardous, oil rejection) to form the ultimate coolant
• Provides outstanding corrosion protection on all metals

Neo-Synthetic Cutting Fluid

Syn-Tech is a neo-synthetic fluid which is designed for use on all ferrous and non-ferrous metals in a wide variety of applications.

• Absent of typical chlorinated and sulfurized chemistry, Syn-Tech uses extreme pressure and polymeric additives which exhibit outstanding machining performance over conventional synthetics.
