The 25,000 to 90,000 rpm and up to 1.4hp 600
Series constant high speed ultra precise stainless steel spindle raises the
machine mounted pneumatic tool bar to a new standard. TIR held
concentricity within 0.0002" (0.00508mm) assures maximum accuracy
whether machining, finishing, engraving, polishing or routing metal, plastic or
wood. Ceramic bearings are standard and optional angular contact bearings
are available for drilling.
Versatile mounting is possible with selectable air feed inlets, either through
the shank or with selectable detatchable NTP spindle side of housing connection.
Direct drive so there is less vibration, great durability and there are no gears
to burn up.
Many configurations are available. Shanks are straight, CAT40 or BT40,
Imperial or metric units and 0.15 to 1.4 horsepower. Spindle speeds may be
specified from 25,000 to 90,000 rpm depending on the power choice.
Every spindle comes complete with a filter/regulator, hose, carrying
case, collet and wrenches. Optional collet sizes and accessories including
cutting tools, routers, filters, shanks and air supply attachments and beveling
guides are also offered.

These totally oil-free turbine tools with no gears or vanes provide greater
accuracy and faster feed rates. The TIR collet held shank concentricity is
less than 0.001" (0.03mm). The sound level is less than 67dBa.
The wide choice of configurations offer versatile mounting for virtually any
robotic, routing, deburring, cutting or finishing operation. Double
turbine units are available for extra power.

action, a cleaner finish and longer cutting tool life. Eliminate oil mist
from shop air with the totally oil-free, grease-packed bearings.
Collet wrenches are supplied with all tools. Options include filters,
optional collets, accessories and automatic brake and trigger switch versions.
