Productivity takes many forms. Ever vigilant to ways of keeping
Productivity News readers current, we offer suggestions to improve
production methods and practices. This can include creating
awareness of the availability of dependable tools and equipment at lower price
points. Recently we
learned that a manufacturer of air tools for many of North America's major brand

The patented Vacuum Mandrel
Collection System holds the rivets in the nosepiece regardless of the tool
position to assure perfect shock absorption and positive rivet positioning in
the assembly. This is standard for all ZIPP air-hydraulic riveting
tools.
Another feature is the easy adjustable head and nut design to achieve the most
effective stroke. The two-piece Ultra Jaw is made of high-grade tool steel
and is heat treated for durability while the forged and heat treated aluminum
alloy Hydraulic Section assures a rigid and true assembly. A rubber boot
protects the tool and work surface from scratches while the side-mounted swivel
air inlet joint assists maneuverability. Riveting tools are available
