Packaged solar electric systems are available for;

Packaged systems can have either "Off-Grid" or "Grid-Tie" arrangements;

"Off-Grid" power supplies providing 12-volt DC or AC power wherever you need it and are completely self-contained, with all components (including solar modules, rechargeable batteries, sensors and electronics) integrated within a sleek, compact for durable pole-mounted or integrated panel design.

"Grid-Tie" power supplies, where grid access is available, permits  connecting a solar power system to supplement your electricity requirements, reduce energy bills and greenhouse gas emissions. Where net metering is available, surplus power can be fed back to the utility as a credit.

Packaged systems consist of photovoltaic modules, a direct current to alternating current (DC to AC power conversion device), DC wiring, DC and AC over-current protection, lightning protection, component mounting and mechanical support.

Code-compliant systems are supplied for small commercial and residential buildings of typical construction with the photovoltaic mounting typically rafter-secured to comply with most local building codes.  The systems comply with the 2002 National Electrical Code (NEC-2002), IEEE Std 929-2000-Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Recommended Practices for Utility Interface of Photovoltaic (PV) systems, UL 1741-Underwriters Laboratories Standard for Safety-Static Inverters and Charge Controllers for Use in Photovoltaic Power Systems, the Canadian Electrical Code (CSA Standard C22.1-02, 19th Edition and No. 107.1-01, General Use Power Supplies and the ICBO 2000-International Building Code.

Self-contained packaged systems are integrate all components (including solar modules, rechargeable batteries, sensors and electronics) into a compact and durable pole-mounted design. Larger format pre-packaged turn-key systems are available from 80 to 1,600 watts of power.
