Industrial grade solar water pumps are the right solution for;
They operate on 12 to 30 volts of DC current that may be supplied from a variety of independent DC power souces. Constructed of marine grade bronze and stainless steel, these pumps are the highest quality submersible pumps in their class. Submersible water pumps can be installed below the water level in a pond, river or cistern, or installed by hand into a ground water well. They can be used to fill an open tank or in a pressurized water delivery systems. Simplicity is the key. They are easy to install, require very little maintenance and are repairable.
The submersible motors incorporate the latest in high efficiency, permanent magnet, brushless DC technology. They are constructed of corrosion resistant, marine grade bronze and stainless steel. Supplied with an industry standard NEMA connection, they bolt directly to standard 4” submersible pump ends. SunPump centrifugal surface pumps cover a wide range of
applications from high volumes and low heads to high heads
and low volumes. Applications
include home pressure systems, pool filtration, shallow
well jet systems, deep well jet systems, pond water
circulation and many other uses.
Centrifugal pumps are equipped with heavy duty permanent magnet, DC motors with long-life brushes. The motors are close-coupled to the pump end thus eliminating the need for base plates, belts and pulleys. Multi-stage SunPump centrifugal pumps are designed primarily for boosting pressure from surface water as long as the water supply is above or no more than 3' below the level of the pump. They are ideal pumps for Home Pressure Systems, Sprinkler Systems or In-line Booster Pumps.These are very high quality, maintenance free, DC pumps specifically designed for stand-alone water delivery in remote locations, operating on 150 to 1200 watts of DC power and is designed to be powered from batteries. Jet pumps were designed for use in shallow water wells. They have excellent suction lift capabilities and are primarily used to fill open storage tanks. Their small size and light weight allow easy installation by hand. These pumps are designed for use in stand alone water delivery systems. They are pollution-free, corrosion-free, self-lubricating and quiet. There is no better way to provide water for remote homes, villages, livestock, small farms as well as many other needs beyond grid power. They operate on 200-500 watts of DC power using solar modules as the power source. piston booster pumps are high quality, positive
displacement, pumps designed for medium to high heads
where flow rates are low to medium but reliability is a
must. They are surface mounted pumps designed to pump from
cisterns, lakes, rivers or above ground tanks. They have
good suction lift capability, up to 15 feet at sea level.
Each
pump comes as a complete package including the pump,
motor, mounting base, pulleys, geared belt and belt

Pumps are
either Jensen or JC brand pumping units retrofitted for
solar power. Jensen is a leader in the pump jacks and has
been in business since 1919. These pumps have been time
proven to last over 50 years.
The
retrofit kits modify standard pump jacks for use with
solar power. They include a custom flywheel, a high
efficiency DC motor, geared belts and pulleys and a
microprocessor based pump controller. The controller was
designed specifically for the hard start-up of a pump jack
system.
Each retrofit kit is built for a customers specific application. If the customer already has a pump jack, no matter what size the engineering department can usually design a custom retrofit kit to fit the requirement. Positive Displacement Diaphragm Pumps are available in a series is a 12 to 120 volt DC, 2 GPM pumps with a 60 PSI pressure switch. The built in pressure switch starts and stops the pump instantaneously when the discharge vavle opens and closes. Excellent self-priming capability. Pump may be located above the liquid level. The positive displacement diaphragm design of Flojet pumps makes them ideal for use in conditions that require self-priming and dry running capability for short periods of time.
