7. Who pays for shipping, sales taxes, duties and brokerage charges? 

Prices listed on INDUSTRY DEPOT are FOB the seller's facility. The buyer normally pays for charges such as shipping, sales taxes, duties and brokerage as applicable but check for special free shipping and brokerage included offers appearing on applicable site pages.
