Deburr
Small Parts Faster with sPINner
Deburring small precision parts is
faster and more consistent with the Earth-Chain
sPINner magnetic deburring machine.
Hand
deburring is labor intensive and time
consuming, often creating production
bottlenecks. Deburring requires
manual labor that is expensive and
drives up costs.
With
sPINner, deburring is faster and
improves part quality with more
consistent results. And, with
sPINner you are able to batch deburr
dozens, hundreds or thousands of parts
in minutes. Hand deburring labor
is reduced along with deburring costs
while increasing production.
sPINner
is used in medical, aerospace and
electronics industries plus most parts
made on CNC swiss-type screw machines.
sPINner utilizes a rotating magnetic
plate that excites the special
stainless steel pin media.
The rapidly changing polarity of the
pins makes them whirl rapidly,
creating a deburring action.
The sPINner works best on small
precision parts, made from non-ferrous
metals. The deburring process
will not affect tolerances or cause
damage to delicate parts.
sPINner deburring power may be
increased or decreased using the
programmable control or by selecting
larger or smaller media. Parts
are demagnetized at the end of the
deburring cycle. Pin media is
reusable for 3 to 5 years.
sPINner machines are available in
three tank sizes. The smallest
tank length by width is an 11"
x 11", the next is 15" x
16" tank and the largest is 21"
x 23".

1.
Pour media into pail until bottom is
covered
2.
Add parts without stacking them on
each other.
3.
Pour in deburring solution diluted
with water 50:1, until parts are
covered by 1/4" of solution
4.
Press "Power" switch and set
speed control and timers as needed,
then press "Cycle Start"
5.
At end of cycle, strain the media from
the parts.
Problem
Deburring Areas sPINner Can Solve
If you have problems with internal
burrs and whiskers, microburrs or
light flash, overlooked or missed
burrs, hand deburring bottlenecks or
scrap or rejections due to burrs on
precision parts, the sPINner may be
the solution for you.
The sPINner is recommended for small,
non-ferrous parts made of aluminum,
brass, copper, stainless steel and
titanium. The sPINner media will
not affect tolerances or damage
delicate parts and lasts for years.
Parts
may be tested at no cost to
