PPAW
pulsates the base metal as the molten weld
metal is deposited. This allows for an
optimized energy level to pulsate the
puddle for finer grain structure with a
more homogeneous mix creating feweer
columnar structures to improve mechaincal
properties. |
PPAW
is
easy to use.
The
pulsator is
attached to a welding table or directly
onto a weldment with the sensor.
The welder adjusts the control
to set both the pulse rate and strength
to pulsate the weld puddle while the
weld metal is being deposited.
