1. RETURN MERCHANDISE:

1. Our products are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee that the product performs as specified and the amount paid is fully refundable less shipping and brokerage charges if applicable and the following terms are met;.
2. CUSTOMER must have prior authorization with a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#) before returning merchandise for credit.
3. RGAs are valid for 30 days.
4. Acceptance of merchandise is final only after inspection.
5. No RGAs will be issued for merchandise over 90 days old.
6. Transportation charges must be prepaid.
7. Goods must be returned in the original saleable factory carton(s) with all packaging, etc..
8. No credit will be issued for any used item unless the item did not perform as specified..
9. Upon receipt of RGA for return merchandise, repack all returns in another shipping box for labeling, etc.
10. Special order items cannot be returned for credit.
11. Any returned merchandise received that does not follow or otherwise does not meet this policy, will be returned to the Buyer freight collect.
12. Deduct credit only after receipt of credit memo.
13. No special order item can be cancelled after an order is placed with factory.

1. Closeouts are great buys and prices are reduced but all Closeouts items are ABSOLUTELY nonreturnable and NO CREDITS will be given on Closeouts.

1. No return will be allowed for use or defective items.
2. Contact your nearest factory service center for factory warranties.
3. Do not return defective items to this office unless prior factory authorization has been given.
4. All warranties are governed by factory warranties.

d. ZIPP TOOLS WARRANTY STATEMENT

 Seller warrants to Buyer for a period of 12 months on all ZIPP air tools from the date of procurement that the goods will be free from all defects of material and workmanship for normal use and service.

The foregoing warranty does not extend to goods subjected to misuse, neglect, accident or improper installation or maintenance or which have been altered or repaired by anyone other than Seller or its authorized representative.

Seller's sole obligation under the foregoing warranty will be limited to, at Seller's option, repairing or replacing (and shipping to Buyer with transportation charges paid to any place within the limits of each country) defective goods returned, postage prepaid to Seller's factory at point of shipment within the applicable warranty period, and Buyer's exclusive remedy for breach of such warranty will be enforcement of such obligation of Seller.  If inspection by Seller of returned goods shows no breach of the forgoing warranty, Seller's regular reconditioning charges shall apply.
