Magnetic DeBurring Machine, 29" x 26.75" Tank

Spiner Machines, the tough reliable kind of small precision parts deburring machine. Simple but effective, the sPINner utilizes a rotating magnetic plate that excites the special stainless steel pin media. The rapidly changing polarity of the pins makes them whirl rapidly, creating deburring action. Increase or decrease the power using the programmable control or by changing media. Parts are demagnetized at the end of the deburring cycle. Pin media is reusable for 3 to 5 years. 19"x19"x37"overall. Tank size 11"l x 11" w. 220v, 5amp single phase. Standard accessories include: 2 deburring containers, 1 separating container and 1 manual. Media and deburring solution sold separately.
